The MONOFLO 'DIN-Master'
series fully conforms to the pump standard DIN 24255 and covers all
sizes nominated. This makes the range fully interchangeable with other
brands of pump designed to this standard. For most sizes, the hydraulic
performance actually exceeds the requirements of DIN 24255. All pumps
are mounted on standardized bearing assemblies (Modules 25, 35 and
45) giving high parts interchangeability. |

The DIN-Master range
has been extended to include 2 models with 200mm discharge and 2 models
with 250mm discharge, catering for flows up to 300 citrus/sec. These
sizes are mounted on a 4th standardized bearing assembly - Module
55. |

many advantages over equivalent pumps, because the range incorporates
a number of features that improve reliability & performance; while

Volute casings |

Manufactured in high-grade
cast iron as standard with integral cast feet and vertical centerline
discharge for automatic self-venting. Cast stainless steel casings
are available as an option. |

Impellers |

Impellers are of the
double shrouded type for higher efficiency, and are hydraulically
balanced by rear balance vanes for impeller sizes below 300mm. Impellers
above dia. 300mm, are achieved with double seal rings and balance
holes. |

Robust bearing housing |

Incorporated with lifting eye to simplify
removal of the rotating element during maintenance. 'Safe guards'
are installed to prevent rotating shaft from human reach while in

Angular contact

end" angular contact bearing design with regreaseable bearings,
lip seals and water flinger to prevent ingress of dust and moisture.
