Compact in design, space-saving, & light weight. Combination of a new type of heat exchanger & sprinkler system, has improved the performance in heat exchanging.

An improved heat exchanger was developed with inclined spiral pipe provided with three-dimensional gradient to improve drainage. This new development (which is US & Japanese patent pending), is adopted in all models of the MXC-Z & MCC series.

Increased durability. The coil used for the cooling water is made of seamless deoxidised copper tubes, which is superb characteristic against corrosion. Main steel components of the tower are hot-dipped galvanised, while other parts are made of either FRP or PVC material which assure long life & durability. Sprinkler pumps used are suitable for outdoor installation.

Low running & operating cost. With a 'bell-mouth' contour designed fan casing, equipped with a high performance low noise fan, which is specially designed for cooling tower application, and combined with a newly developed high efficient heat exchanger, enable the fan motor to be of lower power, thus saving energy and as a result, in effectively reducing the operating cost.

Low noise operation. Both 'low noise' & 'super low noise' models are available in both the MXC-Z & MCC series to suit the environment noise requirement.

Easy maintenance. Most movable parts are positioned outside of the tower. The sprinkler system is structurally self-cleaning. Each section of the multistage heat exchanger is detachable and can be taken out easily for cleaning.

Both MXC-Z & MCC series are delivered in semi-assembled , therefore assembly time at site is greatly reduced.

  Most suitable for applications
• when cooling tower is to operate in a polluted or dusty environment, which may contaminate the circulating cooling water. In the case of the close-circuit cooling tower, since the circulating water is completely enclosed, it does not come into contact with the atmosphere.
• when the heat exchanger (e.g. in the chiller) is experiencing constant clogging or corrosion (due to contamination of circulating cooling water).
• when elimination of maintenance of the heat exchanger is desired.
• when in the case of application of individual air-conditioning system, protectin from damages to series of condensers is desired.
