Where a quiet environment is critical, "U" series is available in 'super low-noise' construction       All steel components are hot-dipped glavanised. Where environment is corrosive, stainless steel structure and components are available as options.       Cooling towers can be 'made-to-tailor', when installation space is a constraint.       Space-saving, compact & light weight. New developed type DSC2192 high efficiency in-fills, and cone shaped fan casing, coupled with type AVS low noise fan, reduced overall installation space & volume as well as dry & wet weight 20% in average compared to the old SDC-R series/models.       SDC-"U" series towers are supplied with 'built-in piping' arrangements as standard. The result is cost-and-space saving in installation work.With the pipings installed internally, the overall aesthetic aspect of the cooling tower installation in a building is 'architecturally' more pleasing.           Easy maintenance. A new speed reducer SRS with wedge belt is compact and easy in maintenance.In addition, the FRP lower water basin is designed with a 'slope' to facilitate cleaning.           Reduced installation time. The "U" series covers refrigeration tonnage from 50 to 1000. Delivery can be made in assembled or semi-assembled units. The assembly of the cooling towers can be concurrently assembled at a separate site, while the actual installation site is being prepared. This allows installation time to be greatly reduced. In addition, having assembling of the towers at a separate site from the actual construction site, reduces 'chaos' in cooling tower parts control, thus preventing loses of components.
