SPP Pumps, who had been operating in Singapore for years and with keen understanding of the local market, embarked on a revamp of the Singapore office to handle regional operations. This would have resulted in diluted attention to the Singapore based clients. In order that customer service is not compromised, SPP Pumps then assessed several channels in Singapore and Asiatic Engineering stood out as the ideal partner to provide marketing, sales and after-sales services for SPP Pumps.
