Asiatic's vision to be a leader
in the pump industry….Asiatic Engineering, with a vision to build a strong position
in the pump market, believes in extending our role to beyond selling
pumps. We envisage sharing our wealth of experience in the pump
industry. We have come around to this by looking into our past,
our present and our future. In our past, we have built a name for
ourselves garnering valuable experience along the way. The present
unfolds with our training and the retaining of capable staff and
you hold the key to our future. As such, the candidate will have
to have the enthusiasm to learn and to share the experience of learning.
Asiatic believes that training extends beyond our people and with
this belief, we have established training programs that are set
out to keep our customers informed.
Can you take the challenge?
If there is news that there is a possible
project that is being hatched, you are required to hunt them down.
Perhaps, it can be through your contacts, find out the consultant,
the owner and the contractors involved. After doing your homework,
and analyzing the project requirement, you will recommend the best
solution to the consultant or the owner to have our equipment specified.
That's not all, the contractor comes out with competitors' equipment,
you will then be faced with the task of identifying our strengths
over the competition and convince them of the benefit of using our
equipment. You close the deal. Great! But this is only the beginning
of customer satisfaction, after all, they have only just become
your customers. Now, you tell me the rest.
Do you have what it takes?
Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical
or Electrical Engineering. You should have at least 4 to 5 years
in an engineering sales position with good track record. Communication
in every level is key to expedient handling of any project, as such,
good in integration skills with the ability for strategic planning,
execution and control together with a pleasant disposition is necessary.
This position being in the pump industry would obviously give you
an advantage if you have knowledge in pumps and related systems.
